	These different house types are located along the Long Beach, 10 km from Kusadasi city center except Alitepe Aparts which are located in Ladies Beach area.
	The houses are cleaned and linens changed once a week (included in the price) and are equipped for self-catering, with barbecue, etc...
	Water heating is supplied by solar, electric or gas energy. All energy costs are included in the price for all villa types except Alitepe Villas. Only gas consumption is to be paid for Alitepe Aparts.
	Each house complex is foreseen with a grocery shops, vegetable & fruit shops, restaurants.  Further a post office and a open public market runs every day in Summer season.
	Regular public minibuses ("dolmus") ensure service to/from Kusadasi daily between 07:00 - 24:00
	In our office, located in the middle of the house complexes except Alitepe Villas. Alitepe Villas have their own reception office in the complex. English and German speaking personnel will attend to all your information and assistance requests
